We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
My tiki mug arrived broken. What should I do?
We take great care in packing our ceramics, but accidents happen. Please email us a photo of the damaged item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping for your products?

Are your tiki mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
To preserve the detailed glazes and integrity of our collectible ceramics, we strongly recommend hand washing only. They are not intended for microwave use.
